Free Minds Festival is the manifestation of a single vision: creating an exhilarating training ground for being authentic at work AND contributing at the highest level while there.

Our iOpening Enterprises team realized that knowledge about the science behind workplace wellness can change minds, but it was creating an unforgettable experience that could change hearts... forever.

To create an unforgettable experience about workplace wellness we needed to jolt folks out of old ways of thinking about mental health and wellness focused on following the commands of a single authority and introduce them to a new paradigm of wellness using your tribe as your healers and motivators.

We knew people have a hard time learning from boring lectures about wellness and instead better absorb the universal truths of healing and motivation through comedy, music, and motivational messages. It was clear that ignoring the rich identities that make us US would only lead toward a similarly stumbled path by others before us. We decided to take the science of being well at work, while being authentic, and make it a fire festival that fuels personal and professional development. Then COVID-19 arrived.

It didn’t change our hopes, dreams, and ambitions to create a festival for the hustlers and grinders who want to get paid for showing up as their authentic selves at work, but it focused our priorities. When crisis arrives, we remember family and love and connection. These are the priorities that are currently best practiced with physical distance. This won’t be the case forever, but for now, we respect you and the community you represent to not honor this common sense response to a global pandemic.

Our eyes are set on September 25th, when we can share our beautiful vision with you and elevate you and your tribe to new heights with the science behind workplace wellness rooted in the authenticity you deserve to share with the world.
