Free Minds Festival is committed to system change in organizations. To reach the type of systemic improvement within organizations that makes meaningful change for wellness and racial justice in the workplace, a critical mass of current and future leaders are needed within the  organization to make progress.

For this reason, attendance to Free Minds Festival is prioritized through sponsorship packages available to whole organizations. Organizations who are committing to send 20-30 of their rising stars and leaders to learn how to infuse wellness and racial justice in their workplace culture will receive early access. Individuals can participate in the 2022 Free Minds Festival through individual ticket sales via our online store.
