Dr. Isaiah Pickens is a licensed clinical psychologist and writer who believes the best version of each of us lies in our pursuit of healthiness, not happiness. Using science and entertainment, Dr. Isaiah helps people build lives full of meaning and promote their healthiest selves. The difference between pursuing health versus happiness is understanding that there is beauty and potential growth in both the triumphs and failures of life.

Regardless of the situation, the important question always is “How can I get better?” Dr. Isaiah shares innovative tools to help you become a better and healthier version of yourself.

Dr. Schenike Massie-Lambert

Dr. Schenike Massie-Lambert has a doctorate in clinical psychology and currently serves as the Senior Training & Consultation Specialist of the Rutgers University Children’s Center for Resilience & Trauma Recovery.

Both a clinician and consultant, she has expertise working in schools, justice, residential, community mental health, and psychiatric hospital settings. She provides training and consultation in evidence informed approaches to treating trauma and strategies for raising mental health awareness. Dr. Massie-Lambert’s clinical interests include working with individuals across the life span in the areas of trauma, relational issues, and cultural concerns.

Dr. Won-Fong Lau Johnson

Dr. Won-Fong Lau Johnson is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and a Nationally Certified School Psychologist. Dr. Lau Johnson has clinical experience working in schools, community mental health, and juvenile justice settings. Both providing direct care and serving as an advocate for equitable behavioral healthcare are of great importance to her. She is passionate about creating more inclusivity and working with historically underrepresented populations.

She is currently at University of Washington in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, where she is involved with research, policy development, and training efforts.
